| 1. | How do I use the Top Performers/Player Stats page? Answer: Probably the most helpful of all reports! The top performers report shows the following items: Top players by week, by position, and top individual performers year-to-date. In addition, for those hard-to-make waivers decisions, this report will show you the top players which are free agents on a position-by-position basis. Using data from the current season, a player can also be picked up by clicking on the Free Agent link in the status column for any available player.
There are many options available in this report as detailed below:
Count - Choose the number of players to display (30, 60, 100, 150, 200, 250, or 300)
Season - Select either the current or previous season to use as the basis for viewing stats.
Time-Frame - Define the range to use for the output (YTD, average, last 3 or 6 weeks, or specific week).
Franchise - Choose to use the default of all players or filter your report by Free Agent, non-Free Agent (on a roster), or by specific franchise roster.
Players - Filter your output by position or use the default (Players) to include across all positions.
Status - This column displays the franchise that currently has the player on their roster. For free agents, the "Free Agent - Add" text appears. Upon clicking on this 'Add' link, the owner logged in will be directly taken to the Waivers screen to more easily pick up the chosen player.
NOTE: If this report does not appear for your league, then it was most likely turned off by the commissioner on the Other (Appearance) Settings
menu..
Advanced Search:
In addition to the above basic search options, the advanced search allows you the ability to select multiple positions and includes the following filters:
Franchise - Shift or Control-Click multiple franchises to:
| • | select both your franchise and the free agents option to compare your current roster to the free agents in your league to see if there are any players available that are higher ranked than your current roster players. |
| • | select both your franchise and one or more other franchises from the drop-down list to compare your current roster to one or more other rosters in your league for trade evaluations |
Players - Shift or Control-Click multiple positions for complete positional filtering.
Fantasy Point Scorers - Select by type of statistic (rushing, kicking, etc.) as another filter.
Pro Team - Use either the default to view players on all pro teams or pick a single pro franchise.
Salary - (only for salary cap-defined leagues) This column will contain each player's salary in the league.

| 4. | Here in the pre-season, I see a player listed on the Top Performers report with his 2012 NFL team listed, and not his correct 2013 NFL team - why? Answer: Before week 1, your top performers report shows 2008 (and 2011) top performers data based on your current scoring system. This data includes not only actual 2012 player performances, but also actual 2012 (and not 2008) NFL teams for the players listed there.
All other league reports show 2008 player information, with their 2008 NFL team affiliation.

| 5. | My player scores are being doubled (or way too high) - why? Answer: Player point totals are doubled (or worse) when league scoring rules are set up incorrectly on the Scoring Rules page. The most common places where this happens include:
1. By having a rule listed under the same position twice. For example, if you have the category "Rules for QB, RB, WR, TE" and award points for rushing yards in that category, and you also have a category "Rules for RB" and award points for rushing yards in that category, the system will use both sets of rules to award points. Make sure that each rule you want to award points for is defined only in one category to avoid this problem.
2. By having an overlap in a given rule. For example, if you have one rule called "Rushing Yards 75-100 2 points", and another rule called "Rushing Yards 100-200 5 points", and the rusher happened to rush for exactly 100 yards, due to the range of the rules both rules would apply. The best way to catch, and fix, problems along these lines is to click on the "Test" link for the corresponding rule on your Scoring Rules page, and reviewing all point totals on that page. When the system detects an overlap like this, it will display a warning to you.
3. Using the "Length of Rushing (or, passing, or receiving, or field goal, etc.) TD" rule, when you meant to use the "Number of Rushing (or passing or receiving, or field goals) TDs" rule. The "Length of..." rules are meant for leagues who award varying points based on the length of the touchdown (or field goal) scored, and this rule gets evaluated for every touchdown (or field goal) awarded. A common mistake customers make is setting up a rule like this: "Length of Field Goal Made 1-99 3 points each" which would award 3 points for each yard of a field goal made - so a 30 yard field goal would be worth 90 points. When in fact, if they want to award 3 points for each made field goal, the correct rule is "Number of Field Goals Made 1-99 3 points each".

| 6. | Why is a player listed at the wrong position? Answer: We use Rotoworld.com as our official source for all player positions. While we have full confidence in their classification of players, some players (especially defensive players) play at multiple positions, making classification more difficult.
We synchronize our player positions to match the Rotoworld.com depth charts during the preseason. Then after the season starts, we generally don't make site-wide position changes, so it is up to your league commissioner to decide how to handle position changes after the season starts.
Regardless of how Rotoworld.com has a player position listed, the commissioner can use the For Commissioners > Setup > Players and Rosters > Change Player Position option to over-ride any of our default positions with positions that you think are more appropriate for your league.

| 7. | How can I import my league reports into Excel? Answer: If you're running a modern version of Microsoft Excel, along with a recent version of Internet Explorer:
1. Go to the web page you'd like to import, and then choose the This Page > Printer Friendly Page menu option.
2. Right-click on the part of the web page you'd like to import.
3. From the pop-up window that appears, choose the "Export To Microsoft Excel" option.
Otherwise, if you're running a recent version of Microsoft Excel, but a different web browser:
1. From Excel, go to "Data > Import External Data > New Web Query..."
2. From inside the pop-up window, go to the web page for the report that you'd like to import.
3. From that page, choose the This Page > Printer Friendly Page menu option.
3. Click on the arrow next to the table in this report that you'd like to import.
4. Click on the import button and voila, your spreadsheet is populated.
The best part about this is that any time you want to refresh the data from the site into your spreadsheet, you only have to click on the "Data > Refresh Data" option, and your spreadsheet is updated - far easier than either copy/paste or even importing a text file.

| 8. | My Scoring Results Appear Incorrect. What Could be the Problem? Answer: There are several things that could lead to an incorrect score for a player. The single most common is that your scoring system is set up incorrectly. To that end, the first thing that you should do is double-check your League Scoring Rules report to ensure that is set up correctly by clicking on the Test link for each rule category. If that looks correct, and you'd like some additional help in tracking down the source of this problem, please send us the following information via our online support form:
1. The franchise that the player is on
2. The name of the player/team in question.
3. The week of the NFL season in question.
4. Next, go into the "detailed scoring" or "live scoring" report to see exactly why we are reporting the points for the player.
5. Based on that information, tell us exactly what points you think the player should have been awarded for each event.
If the problem is a discrepancy in raw statistics (i.e., 59 yards rushing versus 60 yards rushing), please double-check the NFL.com Gamebook for the game in question. NO OTHER PAGE ON NFL.COM NOR ANY OTHER SITE SHOULD EVER BE USED TO VERIFY STATS! While even the Gamebooks occasionally has errors, all other NFL.com pages and all other big-name sports sites frequently have errors. If you provide us with all of the above information, we should quickly and easily be able to address the problem for you.
NOTE: You should never use the score adjuster to account for things like incorrect statistics, or incorrectly set up scoring systems - this only masks problems, and does not fix them.

| 10. | Why can't I see some of the NFL players in the free agent lists? Answer: The most common reasons for this are:
1. Does your league waiver rules indicate that a player should be "locked" when he is dropped from a roster for a period of time? If so, check the Reports > Players >Locked Players report, and you'll most likely see the players listed there, and if you're logged on as the league commissioner at the time, you'll be able to "unlock" those players.
2. If the player is an NFL free agent, check the "Display NFL Free Agents" setting on the For Commissioners > Setup > Reports & Other Settings page - the default for that option is "No", preventing owners from picking up NFL free agents, but you can turn that to "Yes" if you'd like to allow owners in your league to pick up NFL free agents.
3. The player is currently on a Roster. You can view the Reports > Franchise >Rosters report or use the Reports > Players >Player Search to enter the name of the player in question and view his current status.

| 11. | I changed a player from a WR to a KR mid season, where are his WR stats? Answer: Historical stats on the Top Performers report will only appear for the current position. Therefore if the player is changed to a KR mid season, KR stats will only appear for that player, not WR stats.

| 12. | What do the Injury designations of I, O, D, Q, P and S mean? Answer: These are the official five NFL injury codes and they correspond to the following:
I = Injured Reserve. A player with this designation cannot play for his current team for the remainder of the season. On rare occasion, he may play for another team (ie, waived & picked up or traded) if he becomes healthy again.
O = Out (0% chance the player will play in the upcoming week's game)
D = Doubtful (25% chance the player will play in the upcoming week's game)
Q = Questionable (50% chance the player will play in the upcoming week's game)
P = Probable (75% chance the player will play in the upcoming week's game)
S = Suspended. This option can be enabled on the Injured Reserve Setup screen to allow Suspended players to be deactivated to the IR.
